Payment Policy

At Grozec, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole method of payment for all orders. This Payment Policy outlines how our COD process works and what you can expect when making a purchase on our website.

1. Payment Method

We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all purchases. This means that you will pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Process

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on Grozec, it will be processed and confirmed for delivery.
• Payment on Delivery: Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
• Eligibility: COD is available for all orders within our delivery areas. We do not currently support other forms of payment such as credit cards, UPI, or online banking.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices on Grozec are listed in INR (₹) and include any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but the amount you see at checkout is the amount you will be required to pay upon delivery.

4. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect delivery information or inability to contact you, the order may be canceled.

Repeated failure to accept deliveries may result in restrictions on your account for future orders.

5. Refunds & Exchanges for Cash on Delivery Orders

Exchange/Refund Window: You must contact us within 3 hours of delivery to request an exchange or refund for your order.

• Refunds: If you need to return any items or if the order is incorrect (and you have contacted us within the 3-hour window), please contact us for a refund. Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
• Refund Process: Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days.
